Anne Johnson sent a note to her son Victor on April 26, 1959. She identified a picture of Mathew DeCourcy as her mother’s brother, not her mother’s father as I had assumed.
The original of the picture had Mathew DeCourcy on the back. I made the assumption it was Mathew Hare Decourcy, Elizabeth DeCourcy’s father. In the note, Anne identifies the person in the picture as Mathew John Decourcy, Elizabeth’s older brother. The change is noted in Eugene Lawless’ story: EugeneLawlessFamilyMain.pdf.
